No funds paid. It disappeared.
My partner was told by the consultants to open a new account because my partner couldn't withdraw funds to bank account..Hollywoodbets closed thr account and after more than 72 hours the funds still not credited to the new account.
The Call Centre supervisors promised feedback and for two days no feedbavk or any call.
Emails just get ignored by the Consultants. Hollywoodbets was always one of the top bookmakers who resolved issues quickly.
This is just ridiculous that you can't vontact the department directly who deal with this kind of problems.
The way Hollywoodbets treated the accoint holder is unacceptable. We spnd already nore money to the money than what Hollywoodbets owe the account holder.
How can they close the account without refunding the outstanding balance. Hollywoodbets will apologize now and say how sorry they are for this and still we won't get the money. They will just tell they escalate it to the relevant department.
The account holder is bedridden as well and can't even go to a Hollywoodbets branch to get them to assist to get the funds paid to the customer.

Your consultant contact us yesterday afternoon. Promised us feedback nefore 17h00 and that the money will reflect in the account by 17h00 yesterday. Money still not reflecting in the account and no feedback at all ad promised by the consultant.
Your business doesn't care about small customers. You treat us like we non existent when we just request our own money.
It seems to me we now must contact the gambling regulators and report Hollywoodbets there because they can't resolve this straightforward request to credit the account with the client's money.
