No customer service

<p>Funny how Hollywood bets says their customers comes first but when you email them you get no reply they ignore you. <br />I created an account and now when I try login it said account not active, because I couldn't send correct FICA documents.<br />I sent my FICA documents but never got any reply, kept emailing them no reply, even other 2 ladies have the same problem, I'm sure there are 1000's of people facing the same problem. Even now I still don't have an active account.<br />Mxm think we will beg you? There are alot of betting companies our there, who would to get customers. <br />Don't even bother to reply, you only reply here because it's public, when it's private you don't even bother.</p>
