No consultants, no reply, no support. They ignore queries

Saturday we deposited to Hollywoodbets from FNB account to Hollywoodbets FNB account made an error and didn't put the Reference number. Tried several times to contact Hollywoodbets, I used every email they, used Facebook, Used their website, no one is getting back to me at all, their consultants are so lazy, like where are we supposed to get help when it comes to Hollywoodbets? Like it's like they are using robots, cause no one will get back to you, they will send auto response every time you email them, keep telling you to send information, you send it, they come again send information, I'm so ****ed, I will never use Hollywoodbets every again, that a promise.
