I recently joined Hollywoodbets online betting on the 6th of April 2019, at the insistence of a colleague. I received the R25 sign-up bonus but decided on not to use it and that I should rather deposit money to start betting online. Today I made a withdrawal of R940 and realised that I was required to submit my FICA documents which I have done twice via the self-service portal and emailed them. I read on their site that this is approved within 30 minutes. I'm yet to receive any confirmation SMS, and I've sent emails to various email addresses supp**** on the website. I'm a deaf person with limited speech so I can't call the helpline for assistance. My colleague has contacted them via Facebook but no assistance has been given. I just wanted to withdraw and continue betting elsewhere because online is not my forté. This has proven to be the worst customer service I've received today.
