No communication

My maximum win bet liability was inexplicably cut from R20000 to R10000 a little less than 2 weeks without informing me. Sent an email last Thursday querying this and haven’t even had the courtesy of an answer. Seems as though no one cares or perhaps they don’t like winners as the day prior to the cut I had a very decent winning bet.
