No Cash Send Voucher for three flipping days

Good day

My name is Frank Tebogo Manyama, ID *** Cell ***. I requested Cash Send withdrawal on the 29th at around 13:23 and even today i haven't received any voucher sms. I called in two time on the 30th and all I was promised to wait for two hours the sms will come through. Even now it's been over 24hrs still waiting for an sms with voucher number of R1800.

To my surprise I requested for R300 via cash send two hours after I requested the R1800 and got the sms and again requested another one via instant money and within 10min got sms with voucher number. But the R1800 even now i haven't received any sms and I've been told to wait for two hours and i waited for more than 8hours after i spoke to your consultants.

I'm now not happy with your services,I've been happy for the past years but this time you showed me that you really don't care about your clients or is this how you rob your clients?

My winnings has to be paid I've won why not paying? This is robbing business. I want my money.
