No care for loyal customers, you lose all the way

I have been a very loyal customer to Hollywood bets, for years and as much as one understands that gambling is "luck" and we are taking chances but they way one looses, its unbelievable. it is like you are being punished or they know that you have lost so much and will never recover what you lost so they just dont care. Not even once, i dont know in how many years, have i ever won a mere jackpot race or max win. never ever yet i remained loyal but never again. I have played at another company and in one week, i won the jackpot race twice but Hollywood, no matter how loyal you are, they dont care. You will loose one way. I dont even remember the last time I had a decent random big win. Maybe its time to move on to other companies
