New version of software -unacceptable

Hollywoodbets have updated their gaming software, I suppose to suit the young cellphone gamer, and it has affected the view that a person sees on a computer. I tried chatting on their live chat to a "support" agent Lungi - sent screenshots of everything but it was a useless canned reply - it is full screen she said - the enable full screen button has been removed and as an old person with impaired vision I cannot see my balance because it is too small - Lungi kept insisting that it is what is.
