New version not working

Last month I was complaining with them about the new version.On the 9 Jan my version was change from old to new.I don't have problem with their upgrading but it not working for me while other people still use old one without problems.I log calls 2 times with customer support no feedback I thought maybe if you have some issues with hollywoodbet it's better hear cause they take you serious.The problem is that if I bet with 10 ,20,30 and they show the payout but one you bet zero will be out and it look like you were betting with1 ,2rand.You can't put 2 digits yes it happens after you attempted several times .Can I go back to the old version please.Support is not helping here
