New site having problems

l foned call center and l spoke to TEBOGO l did explain my problem regarding this new site of HOLLYWOOD of which even no one has ever told us about it was changed over the night. l could not submit my bets because it keeps on searching for submit but it doesn't go through, next thing he cutted me off just like that so l don't know you don't train your staff properly to assist your custormers. l am thinking of taking this matter further if l don't get a response from you guys. My acc no is 57874, l am so crossed even thinking of just closing of my acc.
