Nedbank send imali

I went to ATM to collect my money and unfortunately the system says the voucher has expired. I called Nedbank trying to get a new voucher and pin and I was told the went back to sender. I spoke to Melusi Mhlongo via hollywoodbets chat and he told me he will escalate the matter to the relevant department and I will receive an system within 24hrs. I don't understand why must I wait 24hrs (that's if its going to happen, talking from experience with Hollywoodbets) for the new pin and voucher. It is really frustrating. Hollywoodbets is quick to take your money but very problematic to pay or refund.......I'm disgusted.....
