My Winnings That I want but no Recieving End

Well i called more then 50 times to Hollywood bets and 1 voucher. I won R300 I accidentally withdrew it to 1 voucher instead of my usual which is instant money by standard bank or ewallet by fnb. I still haven't received any response call backs or feedback on where my R300 is and why i did not receive it.Yhe email replies were the same as mentioned by others and the other was 2 to 4 hours 24 hours 24 to72 hours.Then is was it will be sorted and much more excuses i still dont have my measly R300 imnot backing dwn i won it i want it.By the way i have 150 emails sending n recieving.
