My opinion Hollywood Bets shown wrong odds pricing and change at free will to ***** you money
I feel that Hollywood Bets have ****** me for a error that they had made and change a payout with out my knowledge.
So I took a bet on their MOBI site
Quartet (Horse Racing)
I always take screen shots of my bet as I normally play soccer bets to keep checking as games are completed, but due to the lock down for 21 days here in is South Africa there is not many soccer games been played due to covid-19 so I took a horse bet.
So I took a quartet
As per the site when I took the bet Combinations 12 Stake R 500 Times taken 41,***.......
It’s says in the screen shot EXOTIC/OPEN BET SUBMITTED SUCCESSFULLY
When the race is complete and the quartet wins everything changes
Combinations 96 Stake 500 Times taken 5,028.......
I was very confused is this false pricing advertising odds and combinations........ to rope you in and when your money is bet then they change information and rob you.
Be careful guys based on this in MY OPION Hollywood bets rob you, and clearly show false info on there websites to attract you.
Hope this does not happen to others and I hope Hollywood have the integrity to pay me out and others that have experienced the same.

I have been a long loyal customer of Hollywood bets and was just appalled by the service I received.( Acc No. 11...)
I did receive feedback from a friend of mine who is also a Hollywood employee and was not happy with the outcome.
I feel that, this is Hollywood’s error and Hollywood should be held accountable.
But more disturbing is the fact that Hollywood’s after sale service is non existent.
Surely someone from Hollywood should have called emailed ...... to try explain what is happening or had happened.
It became my duty to enquire when the injustice was against myself.
The question I ask aswell has Hollywood become such a huge company that they don’t care about the smaller guys that actually got them to where they are, I’m sure if I was a VIP client or huge spender everything would have been handled differently.
Hollywood needS to accept their wrongs or errors and resolve not ignore and then I assume defend.
Please provide me with feedback as to the out come, why, preventative actions and the way forward.

We believe in the interim you have spoken to one of our managers Wayde, that you know personally.
We have pulled the quartet bet in question and for some reason it showed as 12 combinations on your screenshot, instead of 96. We are not sure why this has happened as we have not been able to replicate it. Your selections were:
7,9 / 1,7,9,10,12 / 1,7,9,10,11,12 / 1,7,9,10,11,12
This is 96 combinations (which is what our system correctly recorded), not 12 combinations.
This means for R500, you caught the bet 5.2 times, and not 41.6 times.
We have dealing with our development team during this time to see if we can replicate the issue, but we have not managed to do so.
We can assure you that Hollywoodbets is not falsely advertising this kind of betting option, and this is purely down to a system error. We understand your frustration, especially after the bet was a winner.

As Wayde has explained to you on the phone, we cannot pay you out on the error. Firstly, the bet was recorded on the wagering software correctly and the incorrect calculation was a genuine error. Also, the pool limit on this Swedish quartet pool for that race would have restricted your payout to the pool size. Attached are the terms and conditions at the bottom of this post, as requested by you, explaining how pool limits work.
However, we have spoken to our team and they want to thank you for bringing this to our attention and have credited your account with a voucher as a thank you. We would not have known about the issue until you brought it to our attention.
