Your situation will get escalated and you will be given the run around and then ignored when this betting platform could resolve the matter. I also noticed that my voucher being mysteriously redeemed by some John/Jane Doe isn't an isolated incident and it happens a lot with their platform and any issue in regards with your money will be your problem but they will be happy to take your hard earned money and blue tick you and carry on with business as usual.
