My account is closed and they are taking forever to reactivate it

I opened an account and when I went to log in after a while it says client account is closed please contact helpline. I sent went to the hollywoodbets branch and sent emails of my fica documents and they said my account will be activated after 24hours. It has been well after 24 hours and they are taking FOREVER to activate my account. I emailed them and even called the customer care but they keep telling me to wait and they don't even know how long it's gonna take. I'm not prepared to wait forever for my account to be activated please I need assistance and I need my account activated NOW!
