My account has been suspended since April 2026 for whatever reason it was as I still don’t know what’s the reason. All the requested documents have been submitted because of an audit that was supposed to be done on my account. I have not received any feed

Can you please be honest and transparent about the purpose of the audit. And kindly advise what’s your plan with my winnings that you are denying me. And also explain why my emails are blocked, how am I supposed to follow up or the plan is for me to give up on my account and winnings?
