This COMPLIMENT might be late due to UNFORSEEN medical issues,. But it's well deserved.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A couple months back, I had an issue with a cash send, changing a contact number, etc I was sent back and forth, believe me I had no joy and It just angered me. I felt like just closing my account..... Till I contacted Ms Emma Dove, The SERVICE I have received from Ms Emma Dove from HOLLYWOODBETS , WESTERN CAPE.. im not sure what her job title is, one thing I must say, Ms Emma Dove EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS and resolved my issue quickly. She went above and beyond to assist me. ****mm that lady has PASSION for her job, the way she assisted me till 9pm in the evening. She was considerate about the fact that I live on a farm and the network was bad. Ms Emma Dove kept me updated throughout the entire PROCESS, She has shown great empathy towards my situation, she has great concern for clients and resolving there issues. I hope HOLLYWOODBETS KNOWS AND APPRECIATES MS EMMA DOVE , because ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and RECOGNITION of GOOD EXCELLENT service should be given to those who DESERVE it, and it should be HIGHLIGHTED because good services is hard to find that's why hello Peter is always full of bad complaints etc. MS EMMA DOVE KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU DOING, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐THANK YOU...
