Most Horrible Service

I have yet again been proven right that you'll service is really bad. I have requested help with a reversal of my withdrawal over 2 weeks ago. My first request was escalated to the wrong department the 2nd agent told me there is nothing they can do to help me. I have screenshots of this conversations. This company really don't care about servicing clients and when you want to chat to a manager or someone higher then the agent they tell me I must use my airtime to call them to probably be send from pillar to post again.
