More the 6 days waiting on withdraw

I attempted to make a withdrawal but was told I first needed to complete a self-FICA. On 11 November 2025, I tried multiple times with repeated failures. Eventually, in the early hours of 12 November 2025 (after 1AM), I received an SMS confirming that my FICA was successful.

Immediately after that, I withdrew R1,800 via EFT to my bank account. According to the information online, a first-time withdrawal after FICA can take up to 72 business hours. It has now been 6 days since the withdrawal, and I still have not received the funds.

What’s more frustrating is that the website says you can check your withdrawal status under your account, yet there is no transaction history or withdrawal section available for me to review. There is absolutely no way for me to see whether the withdrawal is pending, processed, or failed.

This lack of transparency and the delay in payment is extremely concerning. I urgently request clarity on the status of my withdrawal and an explanation for the delay.
