Money taken from me.

I have deposited money into Hollywoodbets with the methods provided by them. This transaction was made on the 25 January. I have been calling them almost everyday to be told the money will reflect later on the same day. To this day I am still waiting for it to reflect. The last call I had made I was told they will call me back and I’m still waiting for the agents feedback. 9 days on and my R200 has not reflected?
