Money missing from my hollywoodbets

Hollywoodbets has deducted my money from my account and have paid it back or even to give me a feedback on what happened. I had an amount of R6000 on my account and it suddenly went from R6000 to R130 while I did not bet also I did not withdraw it. my money just went missing. This happened on the 15 Dec and I called immediately that morning When I keep on calling asking about it they keep on telling me that they are still looking in to the account. today is the 24th of March still I have not got a respond.
