Money gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I thought I would be doing a good thing and giving my nephew a present of giving him a Hollywoodbets vouchers I did a payment of R2000 into the companies account with the wrong reference number. Seems I have now lost 2000 because I am not expected to go to police for an affidavit and to my bank for a reversal yet they don't want to pay me my money. I have even opened an account so that they can credit my Hollywoodbets account but now I am being told I still need an affidavit and police stamp to do this I am old and mobility is limited they expecting me to run from pillar to post to try and get my money back. Hollywoodbets I need my money paid back into my account same way I paid it in to yours you didn't ask for affidavit or police stamp when I paid it in.
