Money gona!!!

Please be careful when withdrawing money here, I have since withdrawn via Standardbank instant money and didnt receive an SMS, called Holywood on the 31 Aug 2024 and spoke to Zandile who advised they have an SMS system problem thats why I didnt receive a voucher and pin then told me to wait 48 hours, I waited the 04 Sep 2024 called again to find Nompumelolo Dlamini at 16:32 who told me they are going to reverse it in my holywood account in 24 hours, however nothing still, then called in today 12:15 to find the rudest person called Jabu, she however refused to give me her surname who didnt help me with anything, doesnt listen, not proffessional, angry. If Holywwod is recording calls they must listen to all my calls. Anyway if you have a holywood app close it, before you regret.
