Money dissapearing and no one that wants to assist

Good day, I am trying to get assistance with regards to my account since the 26 May 2023 in the morning either the host only gives me less than 30 seconds to reply with my issue and then ends the chat online before I can even address my issue or they just end the chat completly with out saying anything, I have also send emails but no response and I surely cant hold on the line when there are 50 callers waiting and 5 minutes later still 50 callers waiting. I have funds that has dissapeared from my account yesterday morning, All that I have requested was for someone to please send me my account spina zonke history statement and withdraw history to see what happened to that funds I tried looking from my side but there is no history listed on my account from my side, all I want to do is to get clarity on the situation but there is no customer service from hollywoodbets side. I have someone that has hacked my betway account this was not picked up by them until I started to enquire about why I cant log in and it ended up that all my credentials was used but the ID that was attached to my profile was a completly different person, so I need to see what happened on my hollywoodbet account asap. But up to today I still have not received 1 reply to even try and address this issue. I have sent emails, tried phoning numerious times, tried the online portal but still nothing. Quick to take peoples money but when it comes to assist customers with enquiries there is absolutely no service what so ever. I think the best thing to start doing is to report them maybe some questions would actually be answered Or money disappearing would actually be resolved. This is so sad that it ends up to things like this even 1 reply from hollywoodbets hosts would be appriciated
