Don't deserve even one star.I deposited a voucher via Capitec Pay, it was never credited to my account. Called Hollywood bets and submitted all the information needed and they promised to help me in 24hrs to 48hrs.Its more than 48hrs now and they keep sending me from pillar to post.I Called Capitec Bank today and they said the deposit was instant payment and cannot be reversed, I must submit the proof of payment and Hollywood will be able to trace it,until today nothing has happened and the only thing I'm asking is my money back.Been patient enough with you guys!
