Missing R100
I have an active account with Hollywoodbets. My account number is ********** .On the 10th of December 2018 I transferred 2 × R100's separately but only one of them reflected on my account. I emailed a query attaching my proof of payments and I received an automated response. From then nothing happened until I emailed them again on the 8th of January wherein an employee by the name of Sindi M rep**** and promised to escalate the matter. I never heard from them once again since then. Please assist me
