Missing funds from my Hollywood Account

Hollywood took my money on the 15th of December 2022 (R6000) and yesterday also another (R1000) disappeared from the Hollywood Account. I have been calling from the 15th December and untill now they money has not been created back into my account. Its now also Three months and all they say is that they are still looking into my account.
