MISSING FUNDS

No one has still gotten back to me its going on 2 months. Such bad service a consultant told me via email that there are missing funds and BET support is checking the amount and will tell them the process. You guys are just giving us false information that yourl will get back to us. She also advised that there is a back log cause it happened to alot of people where money went missing. It's not a small amount it's a big amount. I want my money refunded. Now when i send emails no one replies. It's not our fault that this happened I dont see why we should wait for this !! No one gets back to us!! I want my money back!!!!!
