Missing funds and missing withdrawal
A very very poor customer service,i have 3 missing ewallet withdrawal which i did not receive i have called them send emails but even today my funds has not been send back to me ,today i had R120 i made a R10 bet then my balance was R10 i dont knw what happend to my R100.please guys you need to improve your system becuase we loosing money here not in a fare and ryt way.my 600 its gone up to so far,so please help me to get my funds back

16 Jul 2020, 18:20Thank you I did recieve a call and they manage to refund me some of the money I was missing, but I'm still not happy about what happend to my funds today again, I loaded my account with R30 run about 05:45 am today I made a bet on baccarat the bet was rejected 3 times I then log out thinking that my signal was bad, I then login to find out that my balance was R10 I then made a bet again my bet was rejected for the 4th time and then it says my balance is low to make a bet, if they were loosing bets I was Gona understand that simple means the bet was accepted mybe the signal was bad, but No all the 3 bets was winning only 1 was the loosing one, I wana know why my money disappeared while the bets were rejected, are you guys taking awa money just like that? My account number it's *** I wanna know what happend to my money????
