Missing funds

I loaded funds into my Hollywood Bets account and they didn't get loaded. I sent emails with no response.. Only an automated email came back with this reference number for my ticket (***). It's been over 24 hours and no word from Hollywood Bets. Funds have not been loaded either. Is there something that Hollywood Bets isn't telling us? It seems like these missing funds are become more and more common by the day. It's really frustrating and I'd hate to have to find an alternative as I am now used to this site. It would be great if someone were to help with this. I honestly don't know why it's taken them so long to solve this issue.
