Missing funds
I have had my money disappearing in my account and couldn't see those transaction on my statement. My last deposit was on 10 June 2020 for amount of R200 and I only made a bet amounting to R16 and my last balance on 30 June was R111. Today, 8 July 2020 trying to make a bet, balance is now R0.00. I checked my statement for date range 10 June to 08 July, shows balance of R111 and last transaction being 30 June. The live consultant confirms that a bet of R111 was made on 6 July. This doesnt show on my side. The bet was made in KZN and i am in GP. For password reset, sms and email are used and hollywoodbets has these details. Question is, how was my account hacked and the person manages to reset into another cellphone number/email address? Why is this transaction not showing on my side. I am so disappointed and angry that this is not the first time it happened.
