Missing deposit

I'm so heart broken, I processed a payment online via one of their payment potals, which was not first time using it, but on the 5th july my money went off of my account but was not deposited into hollywoodbets, i chat with them they couldn't help, till I write a review one of their accounts guy Nkanyiso Ntuli contacted me, asked to send bank statement i did even now he didn't come back to me, he doesn't respond to my emails, when i call they say my line is bad and drop my calls
