MISSING CREDIT AFTER BANKING APP PAYMENTS

This site systematically receives payments and doesn't load credits to the relevant account. On two occasions I have made payments from my Standard Bank App and to my surprise my credits were not loaded. Contacting them through their chat feature, email and/or Call center is pointless as they generate a service ticket and never really do anything about it or you wait forever for a service agent to respond to you till you get frustrated. This is absolutely unacceptable and a gross misconduct on the part of Hollywoodbets as they are systematically *****ing from clients.
