Missing balances and not able to view game history ????WHAT IS HOLLYWOOD BETS HIDING

Guys knowone seems to take the allegations against these guys seriously they rob customer and just get away with it with knowone holding them responsible. O the 5th of September I played the Starburst extreme game by evolution and had placed R 190 bets of which 1 payed me 36 and the other R 238 according to them. The problem is I cannot view the game history for these bets to view the actual payouts and this seems to be a regular occurrence.

When playing there craztime game especially on their cashunt bonus rounds the game would hang after u have chosen ur multiplier and you don't get to seethe actual multiplier you have chosen , you just get told it was a 5x or some other low multiplier. This is ******* for all I know it could have been a 200x or higher. I've complained multiple time but knowone seems to take these guys to task. I've emailed the NGB aswell and nothing.

Guess what I can't view any of those bets nothing not even for the 95 and bets I was playing. Why ??? What are they hiding ??? At first I could view a detailed breakdown of the bet and payout but after doing this it seemed the had blocked my access to do so why ??? Can someone from Hollywoodbets.net please explain
