Misleading people

***** and misleading people by saying that payouts will take place within 24hrs. Very poor service to us as customers.

I am still waiting for payout since 29 November 2021. I wonder if they intend payment to me that's due.

I phoned more than 3 times, where time having to hang on for more 20mins and talk to consultants for 2 mi s and then reply is they are having a backlog. Poor management if you asked me.
