You guys have really been *****ing. How does someone lose on the very same game daily on your pragmatic slots and when I try a different game it's the same outcome?! Sugar rush 1000, gates of Olympus 1000 and typically all the OG games have become pathetic just like you! How does someone deposit daily in the 1000s, play the same games and still loses?! You can't randomly spin in a bonus on any ****ing bet size and if you do you have spin R1500 before you ****ing do! Buying bonuses is even more ****ing pathetic because it's only goes one way! You pathetic ****ing *******! I'm utterly ****ing disgusted by recent events, it's in bitter taste. It's consecutive now for the past 3 months. You guys are a ****ing joke!

So after receiving a call yesterday from one of the Hollywoodbets consultants explaining to me that the online games are computer generated from the providers and that there is no way the games can be tempered with or the RTP being adjusted, I to learnt that certain said games from providers such as pragmatic have different versions of the game and that the casino can choose which game they wish to provide. In this instance its obvious you guys chose the versions that's going make the customer like myself lose continuously. I still decided to give you ass clowns the benefit of the doubt after that bull**** phonecall from a consultant on yours and still the same outcome. I lost R6000 which now totals almost R70k in 3months. I did provide my account number so you ******* can go and look up my deposits and do the math, with that being said I DONT WANT A ****ING PHONECALL from you clowns explaining to me the same **** again, I want you delete my account permanently! I'm finished with you ass clowns!
