******. ****mers. The Most Disgusting Experience I’ve Ever Had.I am absolutely disgusted and outraged by the shocking treatment I’ve received. On Friday evening, I played and won fair and square. I requested an ABSA CashSend withdrawal — and instead of being paid out, it sat “pending, waiting for bank approval.”

While waiting, I continued playing — and guess what? I won again in the early hours of Saturday morning. I submitted another withdrawal request. SAME PROBLEM. Again, I’m told to wait. When I asked a consultant, I was promised it would reflect soon. That promise was a lie.

Eventually, I received the first payment. But now they’re telling me there was never a second one — and that I “used” it. Used what, exactly?! How the hell do you use something you never received? Do you take your customers for complete fools?

Let me make it crystal clear:

I won.

I withdrew.

You confirmed.

You paid only ONCE.

And now you're pretending the second amount never existed.


This is not just poor service — this is *****ulent and disgraceful. I have never in my life come across such a ****-level operation.
