I made a withdrawal 2 months ago to my bank account they never paid, this month I made another withdrawal and they had to send me a pin for a withdrawal via FNB but never sent it, when you call them or make enquires through their agents via support chat they tell you about back log. They don't take us as customers seriously, they should just close down.😡 All they do is take people's money. I trusted them but now no more.they are ****ming people.
