Been trying to have my pending withdrawal reversed for nearly a month. I've been told to wait 48hrs atleast 6 times if not more... I kept being told the same thing, the matter had been escalated so many times already...and it's not the first time they ripping me off...I literally have replays of how my games were ended and spins taken away. It's like the agents are programmed and are forced to stick to the script... delays upon delays... I've overlooked everything else and just wanted my mere R500 reversed back into my hollywood account but seems like nothing will come of it....will be taking this issue along with all other issue to the national gambling board and all relevant authorities...such a big brand with the worst customer care...huge ****mers for sure... you'll be hearing of me!!!
