I don't understand why this company is withholding my winnings. It's been 4 months now and my account is inactive now. It's my money that I won. I can't access my account and all I want is my money they can cancel my account, how ever I want my money that is due to me. I am frustrated and very upset at how this company is withholding what is due to me. This is my 2nd complaint however they are not resolving my matter
