****MED BY HOLLYWOODBETS OVER R24000

I normally play Spina Zonke like everyone else and loose like everyone else which I didn't have Problem but on 3rd April around 16:25-16H45 I was playing Dragon Megaways I won free Spins which I generated R1200 and the Multiplier Egg was on 24 then I won another 8 Spins in Total I had 12 Spins to run with .The Game Froze with Black screen with some small letter written in white then refreshed the game which normally the game goes back and continue on the same spot but not this time the game did wipe all my free Spins and all 24 Multiplier I was left only with R1200 .I been contacting hollywoodbets to resolve this so I can get my money on the free spins and the multiplier cause that R1200 suppose to multip**** by 24 which makes it R24000 plus free Spins .Hollybest they been telling stories Etc.
