Match The Champion Competition

If I could give zero stars I would. I won the Match the Champion competition that was published on the Hollywoods page on Facebook. I was then asked to send a DM to claim my prize, this was on Tuesday. Every damn day the Chat agents on messenger has no clue on what to do when a customer when's a competition. I was first told to send an email for further assistance. Then the agents response from email was I would receive a phone call. Still waiting for the call. Then I speak to Nosipho Radebe on chat who advised the query will be escalated yet again, she then ends the chat whilst I m still chatting with her and the chat gets assigned to a new agent who does know what the **** is going on from the previous chat. Everyday from Tuesday is a new story, its been escalated its been escalated. Is the competitions on yourls pages even legit? Is this how the process is when a customer when a competition? Tomorrow is the July, am I supposed to place the bets after the Durban july????????????? I want this to sorted out today!
