Love the Casino but shocking Customer Service and get no answers

Their Customer Service is useless and don't give concrete answers. They go around the issue and are not honuest. I like the gaming but now I DEPOSITED with Capitec, THEY took my money from my CAPITEC account and now saying CAPITEC is down when you try and withdraw. If Capitec is DOWN, they should not accept deposit from Capitec otherwise I see that as ***** as they are knowingly taking your money, knowing you cannot withdraw. This has upset me terribly because I did trust them BUT now - this has left me questioning the integrity of the platform. I was told to use another withdrawal method - I don't have 2 bank accounts - I don't want the cash and I don't want to be inconvenienced by going to a shop to draw cash. If there is a problem with the Bank - DO NOT TAKE PEOPLE'S DEPOSIT FROM THAT BANK - and then I get told to deal with Capitec myself. Where are their Technicians that should be on 24/7 dealing with these type of problems.
