Lost money on my account i was left with what I deposited and agent told me I've used it yet I know exactly 💯 how much i had all the winnings disappeared i don't trust Hollywood anymore

Experiencing the worst after a long break of about 4 years on the 24 December I requested my account to be reactivated. Around 21H19 I had R3600 before I sleep I woke up on the 25th with R1018 I don't know who stole my balance I've head alots about thus on social media never thought I might face the same myself loosing money and be told by an agent you've use it I am sober mind non alcoholic or smoker an accountant by profession I would never not know how much I left I my account. To my surprise on the 25th I received R50 friend referral I have never referral any friend with my account who's account no is this this *** this person might be the one stole my money as i have never referred any one my account was inactive for many years it reactivated on 24th on the 25th I have referred a friend, I have lost money on the account i might be sharing this account? This habit of people *****ing and missing balances on Hollywood is true? I am disappointed such a big company trusted by many why system have glitches
