Lost a client

Stay away from hollywood bets . I won and they refuse to pay me . I played cash poker meaning I accumulated wins over the session that I played .. when I left the table the accumulated funds that I won was not credited to my my external wallet on the home screen . Meaning it just vanished ... I've been chatting with agents since the 10th of February explaining myself over and over just to be ghosted by that agent and issued a new agent to start from scratch

I managed to get a manager to call me by the name of jappa . He understood me over the phone and ensured me that the money will be paid after investigation withing 24hrs just to be ghosted by him as well

While waiting for the investigation I then played lightning strike roulette which I also won on the multiplier. I was paid on the table the odds but I was not paid for the multiplier bet .. again they dragged the issue on and eventually told me they didn't pay because my chip was a split on the number and not a upright bet

We loose so much money there yet they refuse to call us to speak for assistance and instead tell us to chat to robots that can't assist . I tried calling them and lost over R200 airtime holding on for them to which they won't even call back when the call cuts .. they will give you the run around until you tired and leave it as a loss
