LIVE-IN PLAY TICKET DISSAPPEARED

On Friday afternoon I had a balance of R1640. I then played a live-in play ticket of R640 (Table Tennis, Hayat H to win the 5th set, which she did). The ticket was not getting settled, I decided to play with the remaining R1000 (TalTech to win set 1, which they did). When I logged in on Saturday, both tickets were nowhere to be seen and my balance was R0. I called Hollywood and was told that there's a technical error with live-in bets, I kept on calling the whole weekend until the R1000 ticket was settled on Monday the 6th. The other ticket has not been settled and is still not showing on my betting history. I keep on calling and I'm always told that they have escalated the matter but it has not yet been solved after a week.
