Limit reduction bad loosers

Suddenly yesterday my betting win limit has been reduced to R5000 when placing wins on a horse. When I contact HW last night I was told the limit stands. I have had a betting account for many years, always used HW bets for convenience. There has been 1000's of Rands in and out this account over the years. I tried calling again this morning as was told the helpline will send an email to the relevant department. If this is how HW treats its long time customers than perhaps I should take my business elsewhere. I need my limit back to what is was.
