Lies lies and more lies

Horrible service. I withdrew a R320 for Hollywood. I'm still waiting since 24Feb to be refunded back into my account as I haven't received a sms. I have been doing follow ups still nothing up until to do everyone just tells me to either wait 2 hr, 48hr or 3-5 days
