Kaak customer service

Poor customer service. This is a kaak betting site. I deposited via eft it's over 24 hours my money is not credited into my account. I hv been trying g to communicate with them since morning sending emails. It's nonsense . There's a agent there by the name of Sihle. She said my account does not belong to me it belongs to someone else. Imagine an account that I used for more tgan 5 years.

3 days later . My issue has not been resolved. Around 12 a consultant said my money was credited. It's now 16:20 no money credited into my account. It's just different consultants saying different things still no help.
