JACKPOT RACE ****

On 30 sept i was playing the jackpot race, i was betting R8 per spin on the Wealth inn game. At 21h42 I got the 3 buddhas, won the jackpot and got paid R1500. Immediately when that happened, it showed that the race was won.

Upon enquiring, I was told that somebody else has won it AND THAT I WAS NOT A WINNER?????. ALL WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION.

So i have the following questions:

1. it states that you must bet a min of R2. I WAS BETTING R8.

2. WHAT IS THE CHANCE,, FOR HOW MANY CONTESTANTS THAT WAS PLAYING, THEY ALL WINNING THE RACE AT THE SAME TIME

3. THEN THERE IS A PAYMENT STRUCTURE FOR 1ST TO 6/7TH PLACE AND THEN FROM 7/8TH PLACE TO 250TH PLACE. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT I WAS NOT EVEN ONE OF THOSE WINNERS. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. UNLESS HOLLYWOOD IS A **** AND ONLY TAKING PEOPLES MONEY.

I have been using Hollywood for a long time, but I'm not gonna take or accept this bull****. I NEED ANSWERS.
